It is winter, so we didn't know what to expect for weather. We stayed here on our way back from Florida and will definitely return again, soon! The only complaint was the mattress/bed was overly firm and we prefer regular drip coffee, not plastic k-cups, but small things compared to all the extras they put into this cabin stay. I know what to bring on our next visit to make it perfect. The camp was one of the most relaxing places we have ever stayed. We were planning to just stay here overnight while we visited Mammoth Cave, but my entire family wants to just come back here to stay for a few more days sometime this summer! ##### Brian E. My husband seventeen year old son and our dogs loved our stay at the cabin! The check in and check out process was seamless and the property owners were available as needed to answer our questions. There was a lake in front of the cabin where you could fish off of your own private dock,go swimming, borrow inflatable tubes or rent kayaks for 10 a day to enjoy your time on the lake! We hiked on the property to the beautiful waterfall and explored nearby mammoth caves with tour guides. We also hiked in the local area around mammoth cave and nolan lake.It was a beautiful place.Great for our adventurers, and those just looking to relax! Just know that there are very few restaurants and most are 20 to 45 minutes away. We were satisfied with the local coffee shop named Kalee's which was fabulous and only 10 minutes away. Nice touches and toys for kids. Beds comfy. The hike on the prosperty was nice. We had a great campfire in the evening . Con- the dinnerware and glassware were plastic and not microwaveable. Upgrade to China and glass.
