"I celebrated my birthday with my daughters last week and needed room for us all! What a perfect place! Phenomenal location with only a short walk to the beach! The property itself was immaculate and the layout gave us plenty of room! Plenty of bathrooms for us to get ready for our girls night out including full length mirrors in the dining room! Jason was so easy to deal with and I would highly recommend this place ! KGAUSSIE"

"We enjoyed a 5 week stay at this well maintained condo. The unit was very clean and nicely furnished. Its location to the beach, park, and restaurants was so convenient. The owners were very attentive with 2 issues that came up and were quick to respond. "

"The condo is beautiful, but unfortunately we were not told that the elevator was broken until two days before arrival, and according to the office, it had been broken for several weeks, and unit is 4th floor. We were taken by surprise also by the parking permit process, 2 days in advance, creating unnecessary frustration as we prepared to travel. We enjoyed walking to the beach, and the nice lake view. It would have been nice if the lanai doors opened more easily for some fresh air. The unit was well stocked (including beach towels) except not enough hand towels and very clean. The location was nice for proximity to the grocery store and many restaurants. "
