One block from bakery, bait and tackle, cafes and hotel. 7 mins stroll to surf, 3 mins to hotel and shops. Sit and watch the view and have a barbeque. Unit 6 offers one queen, two singles and a trundle bed. It includes reverse-cycle split system air conditioning & heating. There is plenty of parking on the grass on the right hand side between the cement main driveway and Unit 5\. Parking also in the back paddock next door - entry 3 Dorron Ave, Mallacoota ( next to Unit One). Boat mooring at your jetty below. You can see your moored boat from the front veranda. Pets are welcome both inside and outside the units. Remember to bring your pets own bedding. Remember to put anti tick medication on your dog (Bravecto or similar - Frontline flea, is not strong enough Mallacoota ticks). The unit has a high paling fenced garden to help slow down your pets or kids.
