Door key has issue and needs help from the reception twice. Room locker is not working. Lifts took a long time due to the high number of guests. Otherwise, location is good and staff are helpful.

Aloft Kuala Lumpur Sentral
The only advantage of this hotel is their location next to the KL Sentral MRT station, offering a direct 30 minutes express train to the airport. An average hotel in every aspect, the room is literally bare offering only essential.
