The accommodation is located just 10 minutes walk from the historic center, 25 minutes from Malagueta beach (1.5 km approx.) and the marina; in a quiet residential area with all services around. The apartment is spacious, very bright and close to public transport.   
  
Fully equipped 3-bedroom house: two bedrooms with queen size double bed (150), another bedroom with standard double bed (135), living area with very comfortable sofa, 40-inch flat-screen Smart TV, fully equipped kitchen (oven, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, etc.), free high-speed WIFI, also has air conditioning. Full bathroom.   
  
Nearby parking is possible on request depending on availability at a cost of €15/day. Self-check-in system to make arrival easier.
