Flat like in a skyscraper in Manhattan , but with views of old Malaga , the Alcazaba and the Mediterranean . A modern apartment building from 2024, the largest in all of Andalusia , has 30 floors. The flats have panoramic views of Malaga , the old town , the sea and the mountains , sunrise and sunset . On the roof of the building a private swimming pool for the use of our guests , behind a panoramic 360 degree view of Malaga , at the pool area with pool loungers , bar , tables and bar loungers .  
A gym, children's area with nursery and playground, co-working area, cinema room for private screenings, area for private meetings and parties are available for guests. Building with 24-hour security and CCTV. Hotel facilities are available in Tower II. Free underground parking available. In the vicinity of the Mercadona supermarket, public transport stops, numerous shops, cafes, restaurants.
