Note: For the safety and comfort of all guests, we kindly ask that **drinks in the pool area be enjoyed using plastic cups only. Glassware is strictly prohibited in and around the pool to prevent accidents or injury** We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us maintain a safe and enjoyable environment for everyone.

Maximum Occupancy: No more than 6 guests are allowed in the rental at any time.

No Parties: Parties and large gatherings are strictly prohibited.

Policy:
• In case of lost keys, a fee of 50€ will be charged
to cover replacement

• Any damaged or permanently stained item
will incur a charge of 25€ per item to cover replacement

• To ensure a sustainable and efficient turnover, we kindly ask guests to use only the beds corresponding to the number of guests booked. If all beds are used unnecessarily, a supplementary linen and cleaning fee of 25€ per bed will be charged.
