This charming brand new Villa is located in Makarska and has everything you might need for a pleasant vacation!

The Villa has a 900 sqm large infield with playground for kids and is surrounded with 3000 sqm large olive garden for your privacy and peace.

Villa Astra spreads over two floors plus the garage on the ground floor. It has 5 bedrooms with king size beds (180x200), AC, SAT/TV and 6 bathrooms, plus an additional room for children with a baby cot. The open plan living area is connected with dining and kitchen area creating a vast space for enjoyment and socialising.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all the dishes and appliances you might need for preparing meals like at home. The dining area is big enough for getting together and enjoying the view.
The living room is really cosy, warm and full of natural light with an exit to the pool terrace.
The pool is 30 sqm big and 1,5 m deep, heated, filled with non chlorine water and has a massage function. Beside the pool you'll find sunbeds, outdoors shower and outdoor dining area for your full comfort and enjoyment.
The terrace is south oriented and offers splendid view of the sea, islands, city and the mountain and will definitely be the place where you'll spend most of your time at the Villa swimming, sunbathing, enjoying sunsets or dinners prepared on the BBQ.

The Villa also disposes with a fitness room, table tennis and trekking poles for nordic walking.

Perfect villa for a week with friends

The house was amazing, very clean and had an amazing view on both the sea and the mountains. Our host, Andrea, was very helpful and responsive. It is located in a quiet area but is not far from the center of Makarska. The villa is very well furnished and equipped. We spent a week with a group of 9 friends and had a wonderful time.

Beautiful Villa with friendly host

Beautiful Villa with a great view and silent surroundings. Everything was nice and clean and the host was super friendly and helpful. The old town / city center is not far away, but since the house is located on the hill, a good condition is required to get back to the house if one does not want to take a taxi.

Oh What A View

Booking was seamless. Communication with Host was effortless. Host met us when we arrived in Makarska to guide us up a hill side where we were introduced to a beautiful Villa. Villa was well decorated included plenty of seating/ amenities for 10 people. Beds were comfortable and the balconies off bedrooms plus en-suite bathrooms made this vacation villa a choice above the rest. The private pool was a gorgeous addition. Host family made themselves available when we had questions, booked boat rental for us and assisted in a seamless departure. We would definitely stay at Villa Astra again when visiting the beautiful picturesque Makarska Riviera.

Et virkeligt dejligt hus med god plads til en stor familie. Meget smuk udsigt ned over byen og havet. Hjælpsom og nærværende vært, som kunne kontaktes om alt og som leverede den skønneste osteanretning.
