"The view was beautiful. The staff were nice. The room had ONE small towel bar in the bathroom. No other place/hook/closet for hanging anything including wet outer wear from hiking, or coats or towels and washcloths. No hooks or hangers anywhere in the room. For a place near the rain forest and the beach, places to hang things to dry should be a requirement. The dining room and meal were very good. However, it only served dinner. The only other restaurants required driving several miles to another city for food and groceries."

"The property is beautiful with a convenient location adjacent to the state park, walkable to the beach. There is a large security deposit that is charged to your credit or debit card that is not described in the description or “total cost” section on Expedia and did not show up except on my credit statement. It is now over a week after check out and the amount still has not been returned. I had never had a property with this policy and so I was a little taken aback. It was a great stay and my daughter had a beautiful birthday overnight. I would definitely consider staying in the same location again if I could stay more than one night to spread the cleaning fee over more nights."

"My husband booked this place for my birthday, and we had such a great stay! I had read some of the older reviews and was a little worried, so I even brought my own shower curtain, towels, and bed sheets. But I was pleasantly surprised! The shower appears to have been recently remodeled and was very clean.The only minor issue was a little discoloration on the kitchen sink, but overall, we really enjoyed our stay at The Love Shack 2. I highly recommend this place!The host was very responsive, answered the phone, and was always helpful with our questions. I’ll definitely be sharing this place with my friends and family for future stays! 殺"

"This is a lovely little suite, spacious and comfortable. I'm 6'5 and the shower is a little small if you're my size, but it was clean, good pressure, and did the job! Comfortable beds, a handy kitchen, great value for the money!"

"Mary was great and responsive. Loved the spacious room. Note that room number 1 is their smallest room and better for smaller humans and digs. All other rooms are big with table large fridge and beds."
