The property was very run down and in disrepair. No working ice or vending. Our room key stopped working 2 hours after check in and the front desk staff spent most of their time outside so difficult to find. Our room smelt moldy and was not clean or maintained. The toilet paper holder fell off the wall and the lights flickered and blinked. Very outdated and neglected. It was quiet though and close to shopping.

For a basic, budget hotel, this was pretty good. I just needed a place to crash for the night, and it filled that role. Clean place, though showing some age/wear. Gal who checked me in was polite and helpful. Breakfast was very basic as well, but I didn't expect much.

We liked this site because it had a sidewalk in front of it and was walkable. We try to exercise via walking each day and enjoyed walks both evening and morning. We also enjoyed thrift shops in the area.
