The apartment is a 2-room unit with a total area of 60 square meters, spread across two levels. It is located on the upper ground floor, with an east-facing position. The living/dining room is spacious and features a dining table and a television. There is an exit from this room that leads to the garden and the terrace. The kitchen is small and open-plan, equipped with an oven, four gas rings, a toaster, a kettle, an electric coffee machine, and complimentary Nespresso capsules. On the same level, you'll find a bathroom with a bath, bidet, and toilet. Descending to the lower ground floor via a spiral staircase, you'll find a large room with two beds and one triple bunk bed. This level also has a shower room with a toilet. The apartment features carpeted floors.

The apartment comes with a large terrace, furnished with terrace furniture and four deck chairs, offering views of the mountains and the garden. It is equipped with a children's high chair, a baby cot, and a hair dryer. Free WiFi internet access is provided. Please note that this is a non-smoking property, and a maximum of one pet or dog is allowed. Safety features include a smoke alarm and a fire extinguisher.
