Hotel staff was friendly and helpful. Food in restaurant was excellent. Hotel is old but keep up well air conditioner in room was dirty and toilet is low hard for seniors is the only complaint

Each room has a balcony that looks over the water . It is beautiful and you can walk to all the shops and restaurants. We did have a couple of issues- the chairs on our deck were both broken but they replaced them right away. There is no elevator to the upstairs rooms. We carried our bags upstairs but they do offer to carry them for you. Anyone with difficulty going up and down stairs needs to stay on the entry level floor (floor2).
