The functional kitchen is fully equipped with plenty of crockery and cutlery, a gas stove with oven and 4 hobs, fridge / freezer, microwave and dishwasher. a dining table with seating for 5 is located in the kitchen. The bathroom is equipped with toilet, sink and bathtub with shower wall. The apartment has a conservatory and a terrace with sun loungers and barbecue area. Going through the garden, you arrive at the Stadtsee. There are a rowing and a paddle boat, which can be used for a small fee or you just go swimming, sits down to the water and relaxes.
