The location was perfect for me, as I needed to be near the International Conference Centre. It is in quiet and easily accessible location. The only downside was that there was no hot water in my en-suite room during my two-day stay. I was informed it would be fixed, but unfortunately, it wasn't resolved before I checked out. I had to use a general shower next to my room. However, they did compensate me with a late checkout, which I appreciated. Very clean rooms and kitchen. Bedding was changed daily and smelled fresh. Mosquito nets provided. Full tasty English breakfast included. Airport pickup for 25USD by the friendly Paul. Anita the owner and her staff goes out of their way to make sure you are comfortable. I checked in just after midnight and they were waiting for me to arrive. They also prepare supper if you are interested - nshima and stew with traditional vegetables was the best dish I had during my travels (try it). Very big portions served I failed to finish it every night. If I ever fing myself in Lusaka again this is where I will be staying. The hostel is also well-located close to Arcades and Manda Hill shopping centers. Similar room near Levy Mall for 25-50% cheaper price. Outside is being renovated and smelled like fertilizer. Also neighbor has barking dog. Breakfast was eggs with toast. For a backpacker place we found it a bit expensive. We had the chance to sleep in two different bedrooms, and one of them had a good comfy bed whereas the other felt like it would break if we move. Not sure about the difference between the two locations. It would make the place also better with refurbished common bathrooms which need a makeover. Hotel transfer from airport was useful but also bit expensive for 25$.
