It has a fire pit , gas grill, use of 2 kayaks. the are 2 cushions and extra bedding for more sleeping accommodations. It is about 20 minutes to Ogemaw Hills snowmobile staging area, Ogemaw Pathways for cross country skiing and hiking, West Branch, outlet shops and golf courses. 30 minutes to casino in Standish. 30 minutes to Tawas and Lake Huron. We stayed in November, so we didn’t get the chance to use the fire pit, large back porch, grill, or kayaks, but the setup was great. The house/cabin was clean and had every amenity we needed. Comfortable beds, washer/dryer, stove, oven, microwave, coffee pot, cable TV, WiFi, etc. Check in/out was very easy and hassle free. Grocery store, gas stations, etc., are about 15 minutes away.
