The Rügenblick holiday apartment welcomes you in Lubmin on the Baltic Sea with a bright, modern and inviting ambience. Couples who want to enjoy proximity to the beach, nature and peace and quiet will find a lovely accommodation here with a large balcony - an island of peace for reading and relaxing with a breathtaking view of nature, the Baltic Sea and, on a clear day, even as far as the island of Rügen.
The apartment, renovated with great attention to detail, is located in a quiet place in the middle of nature, in a traffic-calmed residential area just 200 m from the 4 km long sandy beach. The seaside resort of Lubmin itself is an insider tip on the Greifswalder Bodden. You can relax here with a walk along the beach to the pier or visit one of the nice restaurants and the cocktail bar in the marina. The Lubmin Heath offers many possibilities: hiking, walking, cycling and horseback riding. Visit Eldena, Wieck and the Hanseatic city of Greifswald or take a trip to the islands of Rügen and Usedom or to neighboring Poland.

You reach the apartment via your own staircase and your own entrance. Guests arriving by car can park it directly at the house in the free parking lot. Two large skylights in the living area provide sufficient light and a fresh breeze in the summer months.
It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house Landlord lives in the same house. Occupancy with 3 adults possible for a fee: EUR 12 per day payable on site for the 3rd person. Non smoking accommodation. not suitable for people with reduced mobility. Access via external stairs.
