Located on the second floor, it offers outstanding sea views and is only 20 meters from the beach, providing quick and easy access to the Baltic coastline. The apartment features a modern open-plan living and dining area with parquet flooring, a spacious sofa corner, and a large dining table, creating a comfortable and inviting atmosphere.
