Welcome to our Historical charming one-bedroom apartment in the heart of Luanda.  
  
Located just a 2-minute walk from Luanda Bay, the Marginal, Fortaleza de São Miguel, Estádio dos Coqueiros, museums, and some of the city’s best restaurants, this apartment is the perfect base for exploring Luanda on foot.  
  
The apartment is situated on the 4th floor of a historic colonial-era building, a true part of Luanda’s Portuguese heritage. While the stairwell and common areas show the building’s age and character (please note, there is no elevator), the apartment itself has been carefully renovated and thoughtfully prepared to offer a clean, cozy, and comfortable stay.  
  
Inside, you’ll find:  
  
•A spacious king-size bed  
•Fast and reliable Wi-Fi  
•A secure entrance with electric door lock  
•A small balcony with views of everyday city life and a nearby tree where white birds nest — a unique blend of urban energy and nature  
  
Please note: This is a quiet building, and the neighbor directly below the apartment is particularly sensitive to noise. We kindly ask all guests to keep sound levels low, especially after 6 PM.
