The staff were super helpful and friendly. We arrived early and were able to store our bags which were then taken to our flat for us. This is a lovely home away from home. "Hotel looked great online and like a 1970s holiday camp when we arrived with metal staircases and chalet rooms
We also had a lovely guest decide to smash the room up under us and threaten everyone police called not 1 member of staff checking anyone was ok
Breakfast was awful all in all never to be repeated again"

"This is a unique hotel with a bit of a disjointed connection of buildings and some different updates in places, but overall a really nice stay and great experience. We had a suite in a portion of the hotel that had been a house, so there were nice stairs and windows that reflected an older time. We had one room with a toilet and a tub, and two bedrooms, each equipped with its own shower. "Nothing wrong the aesthetics of the hotel and appeared clean. Staff were good. Just the second Marston’s Inn in a year that I’ve been bitten badly by bed bugs. Reported and hopefully will get sorted. 100% will not stay at another Marston’ Inn."

"Was very impressed that I had a kettle and tea/coffee as ive stayed in other ibis and they didnt have anything. Slept well every night, bathroom was also great shower was quite good too. Overall impressed, compare to the other ibis in Sheffield"
