"The location of the property was ideal. Close to Maho beach. The property was well kept, however the food was a bit too monotonous. Pretty the same thing rotated for the different nights. Some staff were helpful and pleasant but most of them were just "there". Some of them expressed their displeasure of working there."

"The property was comfortable, clean and in a wonderful location. Just a staircase down to Cupecoy Beach, a five minute walk to Mullet Bay beach. A supermarket and French bakery are within walking distance too. A few minute drive to Simpson Bay and tons of restaurants. Workout facility is dated, and everything else was terrific. "

"The staff was very friendly and welcoming. I update them on activities I had planned and they told me the route or where they would rather recommend. They didn’t treat me as guests but rather as friends. People I knew from long time and we were reuniting. On my birthday I forgot her name but this amazing lady in charge of my room floor made me a drink , took pictures of me. Came to find out she was also a Leo. I really recommend this place. Anytime you can just walk up to the front desk and they drop everything to assist you."

"Very cool hotel "

"The view from the condo is extraordinary. Sat watching planes come in, cruise liners go out and plaenty of other boats, jet skis etc. The unit itself is great as is the owner. We had an issue with water being turned off for 2 of our days but Susan was able to remedy the situation quickly. She details everything from where to park, eat, shop and even a varietyt of beaches. We snorkled directly from the beach under the condo and the salt water pool was nice and almost always our own. I will stat being from the south that this unit is not central AC if you are used to that. She has three individualhotel units. one in each bedroom and the other in the living, kitchen area. They do cool it down in the main parts of the unit, but we discovered if you shut the bathroom doors it cools even better. Great condo and we would stay again with out hesitation. "
