Here are rented 2 apartments for 4-5 persons. The apartments have Wi-Fi Internet, satellite TV, air conditioning, washing machine, a furnished terrace or balcony, sea views, a kitchen and a private bathroom.  
  
Bed linen and towels are provided. Pets are allowed.

DESCRIPTION OF THE RENTAL UNIT  
  
Modern apartment at a peaceful location, which is only 50m away from the beach. The 57m² apartment Lovran has two bedrooms. The first one has a double bed and the other one a single bed. In addition, the living room has a TV with satellite receiver, air condition and a couch that can be used as an additional bed. Furthermore, the kitchen is fully equipped with integrated kitchen appliances including a coffee machine, toaster, water boiler and an electric oven. Last but not least the apartment has a clean and nice bathroom.  
  
Finally, there is a big garden that can be used for barbecuing and relaxing in a peaceful area. Furthermore, the apartment is well suited for families with children or pets as there are special beaches for both at the close distance to the apartment. The location of apartments is excellent. Just 50m from the city centre and to the nearest beach, 10m to the next super market, 70m to the bus station and 30m to the closest pharmacy.

Points faibles : Propreté

#### Lage Top, ansonsten Flop

Appartment kleiner als angegeben. Tageslicht Mangelware. Sauberkeit lässt zu wünschen übrig. Waschmaschine verschimmelt. Möbel grösstenteils Sperrmüllreif. Viele Kleinigkeiten die nicht passen, Wasserdruck zu niedrig, im Schlafzimmer muss man über den Parnter hüpfen weil das Bett nur von einer Seite Zugang hat, Turnübungen um das Fenster im Kinderzimmer zu öffnen, Schlafräume im Allgemeinen viel zu klein.... Also ausser der geographischen Lage, man erreicht alles in kürzester Zeit, ist das Appartement nicht zu empfehlen. Max. vielleicht für einenZwischenstopp zu gebrauchen.
