Great hotel overall. Good location, easily walkable to the centre of Helsinki, comfortable room and the breakfast and dinner buffet was a massive bonus, especially travelling with a family! Would recommend and stay there again.

The staff is incredibly helpful. I arrived late because my flight was delayed, and they were still at the front desk, ready to assist me. The breakfast was the most varied I've ever seen at a hotel, and everything was spotless. The hotel's location is extremely central, making it easy to get around. The morning receptionist was wonderful and shared fascinating stories about what it's like to live through the winter in Finland. I would absolutely recommend this hotel.
