The apartment is as advertised exactly. It is tastefully furnished and has everything you need if you wish to cook. The apartment is very quiet with few other redidents about. Ideal for a quiet holiday away from the buzz perhaps a little too quiet for my 17 and 20 year old. Location a good 20 minutes walk to marina but the uber service is great. Overall a very chilled holiday .

We wanted a quiet location for a quiet family holiday.On arrival the access into the property was straight forward, property was very clean and presentable.The property was as described on the site.Air-con to the main bedroom and lounge, not in bedroom 2 but fan provided ( our son found the room comfortable to sleep in 6 of the 7 nights)Lovely private terrace away from the pool but good access to the pool. Well equipped within the kitchen.Very comfortable beds, towels and bedding provided. We did order an uber to the marina every night as abit hot to walk but only 20min walk to marina or beach. Graces restaurant 5min walk away if you arrive late and want something to eat quickly. We would definitely recommend staying.

#### Lovely apartment

Just returned home, after a lovely relaxing stay in Vilamoura. We stayed at Alain’s spacious apartment for 7 days, it was exactly as advertised! A great sized apartment for the 4 of us. The apartment was well equipped, with everything you needed, for a self catering apartment! The Air conditioning and the Wifi worked well! The complex is in a quiet area, about 20 minutes walk to the marina & beach, ( Uber was under €5,) there is a cafe, restaurant and bar, a 5 minute walk away! And is immaculately kept! With a lovely pool area, that was never very crowded! Alain was a great host, always replying to any of my questions. Also, Thank you to Nelia, for her assistance. Would highly recommend 👍

The apartment is in a great location in Casa Rosa Golf, v close to the pool but with a wall of plants blocking the noise. The gardens are beautiful and very well kept. The apartment itself is large and very well appointed, there was nothing lacking.

#### Belle prestation dans un endroit très calme

Situé dans une petite résidence à l'écart du bruit et l'agitation de Quarteira, l'appartement est grand, récent, modern, propre et bien équipé. Vous pouvez également profiter d'une terrasse extérieure, d'une petite piscine et d'une mini salle de sport. Contrairement à l'appartement, la piscine n'est pas très bien équipée avec seulement 5 parasols, pris d'assaut tôt le matin par le familles. Le seul véritable problème c'est les moustiques qui sont présents en abondance. Il y a plusieurs restaurants et commerces de proximité, ainsi qu'une plage dans un rayon de 30 min à pied, mais il vous faudra une voiture pour bien profiter de la région, car les plus belles plages de Algarve sont assez éloignées. La communication avec le propriétaire était très bonne.

Conforme à la description, l’appartement ne manque de rien, un peu isolé mais proche commodités quand même. Beaucoup de moustique tigre cette année dans cette région. Certains propriétaires à la piscine vous font sentir qu’ils sont prioritaire sur nous vacanciers c’est dommage.

#### Tolle Ferienwohnung!

Die Ferienwohnung ist wirklich sehr schön und super eingerichtet. Wir haben uns sofort sehr wohl gefühlt. Sauberkeit war auch top! Auch die Gartenanlage und der Pool sind wunderschön angelegt. Wir kommen definitiv wieder und werden es gern weiterempfehlen!

We Had a fantastic week with our 2yr old.Stunning Apt with everything we needed in beautiful grounds. Pool area was quiet & so enjoyable. Walked to & from the beach each morning & poolside in the afternoon. Travel cot & high chair provided were perfect. We used Uber app to order transport to the Marina in the evenings (€4 before 7pm & €6/€8 after) the local mini markets are fine for bread,water & small things but recommend getting an Uber/taxi to the Continente Modelo Quarteira at the start of your stay. We look forward to another trip & would absolutely recommend Alain & his property.

#### Lovely quiet week away

Booking process very easy, Alain the owner kept us updated on all check in details etc. Lovely spacious apartment and had everything you’d need, gardens very well keep and pool area lovely and well presented. 20 mins stroll to the marina and only 5 euros return in a taxi. Would definitely return again.

#### We love this place

Just like the last year, we stayed here for two weeks. And it was, again ,a great pleasure. The apartment is very comfortable and spacious and the surroundings are beautiful and very quiet. Several times we walked to the beach, a beautiful 20-minute walk. A place to return to whenever it is possible. And communication with Mr Alain is very easy.
