The pictures posted online were very accurate! Communication between the owners was done timely and efficiently. They were also extremely sweet and very friendly! This place was immaculate and the renovation was well done. The quality of the materials and decor was top notch. The kitchen was well stocked with whatever you may need for cooking. In the living room, you have a glowing fire with just a push of a button. Nice ambiance! The backyard was equipped with 2 patio dining tables and chairs, a seating area with a gas fire, and a grill. It was nice to sit outside and relax. The beds , oh the beds were so comfy! Brandon, our host, was receptive and quick to respond to any needs. I highly recommend booking this! ##### Dayna C. My honest rating is a 4.5 stars as all aspects of the house and contact with the host was great but the location (access to everywhere was perfect) being on a corner lot meant lots of traffic so you get to hear a lot of cars and radios going by. This didn’t detract from the great backyard space at the house as you can’t see the traffic, just hear it. Plenty of outdoor seating and fire pit was perfect to sit around in the evening. There was space enough in the house that our family of 7 all had spaces to sleep, be away from each other, room to eat together, and watch movies together. The check-in/out process was easy as could be and communication with the host was quick and concerns handled immediately. Everything we needed was provided for and we were able to utilize the well stocked kitchen daily feeling like we were still at home. If you are looking for a house that feels like you are on the bourbon trail this is the house for you. Plus it was so clean and had everything we need including a crock pot to cook dinner. Within walking distance to restaurants and a great park. Had a beautiful, spacious fenced in back yard - perfect for my 4 year old! House provided a bunch of board games and outdoor games.
