The staff was absolutely wonderful, friendly helpful. However we woke up at four in the morning with roaches all over us on our bodies in our bed in our bathroom. It was a nightmare.

As always, the staff is always friendly and more than willing to offer advice and directions regarding shopping, and local food and drink options. The rooms are clean, perhaps a bit dated. However if budget conscious, this is the place. Spacious well lighted parking always near your room.

Check in and Staff were great. Room was less so. In disrepair, damaged and the heat was not able to keep up with the cold drafty door and window. no extra blankets in the room, bed spread had burns on it likely from cigarettes. Just run down and in a poor location.

The room was clean. Staff was friendly and nice. The ones doing the daily cleaning, always knocked on my door to see if i needed anything. Overall the 10 days i was here was a very pleasant stay. Brenda was my favorite housekeeper.

Nice stay, cheap and affordable.

I was in passing through Louisville on a long lay over and needed somewhere to rest for the night. The hotel was very affordable at only $50 a night and no deposit. The clerk was very nice. There are stores within walking distance. Had a nice stay and would stay again when in Louisville.
