Night 1 - no coat hangers in room, also no towels, soap, key for safe, No coffee available unless one had breakfast, lunch or dinner. If no guests were eating there that day, then no coffee was available at all.

Very bad service for an expensive resort ,not enough personnel long lines on all bars , very low quality food , not internal transportation for a large resort full of slopes and stairs.

La vía del acceso al hotel está en muy mal estado hay 13 km que uno tiene que recorrer a menos de 10 km/h y en un rústico porque sino puedes dañar el auto o desinflar una llanta.

It took me quite a while to find the hotel. I assumed I was lost and contacted the property asking them to send a location. Turns out I had gone to the right place, but there was no sign, nothing to indicate it was a hotel. There is a large gate, but no instructions anywhere how to get in. I contacted ...
