Had a terrific family vacation. Very accommodating. They went out of their way to make sure our stay was pleasant and we were comfortable. Even changed out our mattress on the bed for us when the bed was too hard. The sea was to chopy to snorkle. The hotel restaurant has a nice view but it was very difficult to eat with all the flies and mos. The room was small, towels smelly, pool green with algae, the wifi and power went out four times so I could not do any work. Also the American crowd was on the rough side. A little expensive, but the location with beach access helps offset the cost. Friendly staff. Everytime we book, the booking sites all say 1 room or 2 rooms left, but when we arrive it seems like most of the rooms are empty!!!! Don’t know why. Charging food and drink to the room was super convenient. The only minor negatives to this wonderful place was the beds were not very comfortable and the process for using the hotel pickle ball courts was a bit clunky.
