Von der oberen Terrasse geht der Blick ins Grüne und auf dem Wasserfall, das ist eine Oase der Entspannung. Ungünstig: erstaunlich stark befahrene Straße direkt neben der Terrasse, welche mit Bewohnern der großen Einheit nebenan geteilt wird. Parkplätze nur für kleine Autos geeignet.
