Set amongst the Eucalypt trees and overlooking Lorne Beach, with Kookaburras, Lorikeets and King Parrots as your daily guests, this property is set to impress on a number of levels.

So land your Inner-Eagle and relax in absolute luxury at Tranquillity Base. The large, glass lined & light filled living spaces, have 180-degree views from Aireys Inlet Lighthouse to Lorne Beach Pier. This stunning architecturally designed property has a feel of living in the tree tops. The home is fully air-conditioned and has a log fire for extra ambiance.

Arranged on different levels the bedrooms, decks and livings spaces provide lots of opportunity to relax and have privacy on your ultimate holiday. Take a short walk down the hill to the Lorne footbridge over the Erskine River to the town centre, to get your morning paper and coffee.

The beautiful & comfortable furniture, beds and linen have been selected to make your holiday a relaxing and carefree experience. The Kitchen has an espresso coffee maker, marble bench tops, contemporary crockery and cutlery along with stainless steel fridge and dishwasher. A gas cook-top and quality cooking utensils are also supplied.

The WOW factor in the kitchen/living space is the Tasmanian Black Heart Sassafras table seating up to 10 people. White Leather lounge suites and a large pony-ottoman, with beanbags dotted around the house, providing a happy and tranquil atmosphere.

The split system air-conditioning & heating system is provided to all bedrooms and main living area. Also a Jetmaster open fireplace with gas heater and large 3D LCD TV/ Blu-rayDVD player as well as warm Jarrah floors will ensure your complete comfort and enjoyment.

In the main living area a Bang and Olufsen stereo with the simplicity of Wi-Fi Playmaker will enable you to just log in and play all your favourite music from your iPhone or iPad or android device.

Great house, plenty of space and comfy beds. The house is built on a very steep slope so it is built over 5 levels, therefore there are lots of stairs . The living room is very spacious. Most levels have outdoor areas which is lovely. There were kangaroos in the anrea that you could watch from the house in tte evening. Overall we really enjoyed our stay. We had a few minor issues mainly to do with the housekeeping but the owners were easy to communicate with and responsive so we got things resolved easily.. We would definitely recommend this house.

Nice stay for those who are fully mobile!

We were happy with everything about the place and our host - thanks for a great weekend. The only issue was the accessibility of the venue. It's a 4 level home, and the driveway is crazy steep so we couldn't safely take our car up there. It would be good if we were made aware of this prior to booking as my mother has mobility issues. All-in-all though, a great stay!

Beautiful house with stunning views of the coast situated up high on a hill. It’s a nice and spacious house which is very comfortable. The only thing I suggest is some new glass wear as there are an abundance of beer glasses but minimal wine and champagne glasses

Great spot with fantastic views. Bedroom setup is not as listed. Fold out beds in rooms with no blinds. Couple of the tvs did work. Down light out in ensuite off main bedroom. Aside from these points property was comfortable and relaxing.

Loved the location, the view, the architecture, very comfortable for a family holiday. It had everything we needed and it was clean inside.However, our major concern was the rubbish, the bins were full and one had maggots in it which was very smelly. And all bins had every type of rubbish in them despite being designated glass recycling etc. Also the tap over the basin in the upstairs bathroom needed fixing. Despite these problems, we had a great holiday

Loved this house, views are spectacular

Great house, spectacular views. Perfectly close to town so not a problem to walk in and back. There is a big huge hill which could be a challenge for some. We had a lovely time and enjoyed the house. Different levels gave our grown up kids their own space which was nice. Would definitely return.

Great property with a beautiful outlook. As it is elevated the driveway is very tricky and difficult to manoeuvre- this is the only thing I found really difficult. Although the house can sleep 8 there are no blinds for the two sofa beds so it is really bright in those spaces. The other bedrooms are very good and the main is spacious and comfortable. The host was very helpful.
