Colonial style, two level, spacious, and boasting four bedrooms, Argo now also lays claim to 2 equally enjoyable living areas. Comfortably accommodating multiple families or a group of friends, the home is simple, warm and inviting. Open plan kitchen & dining area boast mountain and ocean views as do lounge and bedrooms up top. The fourth bedroom, somewhat of a kids retreat, features a bunks and a couple of couches for hiding away from the grown ups. Argo is an easy walk to town and beach. Ample off street parking, environmentally friendly solar power, air conditioning, wood fire, Olympic size ping pong table, 1/4 Basketball Court, two bathrooms, powder room, spacious balcony with stunning ocean views are the final compliment to this brilliant property. It had a nice outlook and was in a peaceful position. Quite a steep walk into town but was good exercise! It was a bit chilly while we were there but there are a few heaters to use.
