  • Second floor, poolside. Directly over pool. This unit has had numerous upgrades this year including a complete kitchen remodel. The bathrooms are incredibly beautiful and convenient. Master bathroom has walk-in-shower. New paint and furniture with pretty soft green and ivory tones.
    Unit is not directly on the beach but offers such amenities at our lower rates that it's quite a deal! Since our property is on the Gulf, and view is a view of beauty.
    Quaint, quiet, and the quality of a boutique resort, not the hassle, noise, the impersonal nature of a hotel. You will become part of our family, and we will look forward to your return year after year.
    When planning a trip to the beautiful Gulf Coast Beaches, stay with us. All of our private beautiful condominiums feature full kitchens, living rooms, dining rooms and a balcony or patio to enjoy. We offer pool and garden, gulf and gulf front beach views. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed in unit 210 this year. I will admit, we have always stayed (and preferred) gulf front units. I was so disappointed when I went to book this past trip and No gulf fronts were available. We love a good view and to open the windows and hear the sounds of the gulf! But once we opened the door to 210, we were very pleased that there still was an excellent view from the living room, plus we could sit on our patio and keep an eye on our kids at the pool. The unit was well stocked, clean, tastefully decorated, and maintained to meet our expectations.

All sinks and guest bath tub did not drain properly. There also what appeared to be mold in the master shower. The Master bath had a bad smell of “swamp” gas and we needed to leave the fan on throughout our stay. Otherwise, the room completely me our needs.

Wedding week

Resort was as advised, very clean and cozy, our daughter’s wedding was just down the street and made this location great. The weather was a little disappointing but you can’t control that. Only two issues with condo master bathroom sink stopper disconnected from lever had to pull out by hand and the screen door on slider comes off tracking. Over all happy with stay.

Beautiful Property

We had a fabulous time at our stay. The condo is gorgeous and our view of the pool and ocean was amazing. We did have a miscommunication about check in but were able to get it figured out. If you book here and need to check in after hours they will have your check in packet outside the front office!

Relaxing vacation

Overall great place and just as described. Kitchen remodeled and fully stocked. Love the added bonus of beach chairs, cooler, towels, toys, and fishing rods. Plenty of room and nice patio furniture. Would love to see an updated color for the unit to match the awesome kitchen. We will be back.
