Our two bedroom and two bath ground level home offers you a light, bright and airy transitional floorplan. Our home has totally been renovated, including features such all new kitchen, appliances, quartz countertops and island. Spacious living room offering a king sleeper sofa, open dining room, laundry room with washer and dryer. The primary bedroom offers a King bed and all new private bathroom walk-in shower, tile floor and tile surround in the shower. Bedroom two offers a Queen bed with full bathroom with tub and shower comb, all new furnishings throughout.
Come enjoy outdoor living with community amenities such as heated pool, tennis courts and private white sand beach and the Gulf of Mexico sunsets.

Perfect for a girls’ getaway!

The condo unit, location, grounds, shuffleboard, pool, really short walk to the beach with beach chairs, and tennis courts were perfect for our girls’ getaway. We enjoyed a relaxing long weekend at this beautiful property, along with a 2-mile walk in the sun to the Turtle Bar coffee shop. We’d love to stay here again!

Great Vacation Spot!

We had a great time while we were here! It was quiet and relaxing-just what we were looking for. The condo itself is beautiful and very clean. The bed was very comfortable. The pool was next to our patio and was very nice. The beach was about 50 yards away-a short walk along the pathway. The resort has beach chairs at the beach already so you just need to grab a chair and pick your spot. We will be coming back again sometime.

Great, updated condo!

Recently stayed for a week with my spouse and parents. The unit has been recently remodeled and is very clean and current. We have stayed in various units in the Sand Cay property previously and would choose this unit again. The only hiccup was re: the Wifi. The unit did not have a "binder" that was apparently supposed to be provided with various information such as the wifi code in the unit. We finally located the router and password in the secondary bedroom so it ultimately was not an issue but it would be helpful for this (and the mentioned binder) to more easily accessible. Otherwise, great unit, great vacation, and would absolutely return!

Fantastic Family Vacation.

We loved the accommodations. Everything was provided. Clean, very comfortable, newly renovated. Spent everyday at the beach which wasn't crowded at all. Lounge chairs were provided. Beach water was wonderful, clear, perfect temperature. The pool was a little too warm but everything else was great. We hope to return.

Beach trip for the Senior Sisterhood

Relaxing, fun. Condo was gorgeous… furnishing comfortable and very nice. Ample room for 4 women. That unit is an easy walk to get additional ice (or laundry mat which we didn’t need - already in condo) or office, recycling, pool… everything! Highly recommend-

Great Independence Day Holiday!

This was our first time staying in LBK, as well as our first time at Sand Cay Beach Resort, and we'll almost certainly be back again! We had a bit of COVID cabin fever and just wanted to get to a beach as restrictions were easing up in 2021. So I searched the entire FL gulf coast and ended up here. I'm happy I did! We had a great time getting sun on the beach, shopping and dining in St. Armand's, and cooking out on the grills. And that's even though Tropical Storm Elsa shut things down for one night; turned out to be nothing but some wind and rain in LBK. If you're undecided about renting a car in LBK, you definitely should -- it's a pretty far drive to get anywhere other than the local Publix. We stayed in unit 111 which is pretty much furthest from the beach but closest to the pool and office; it was not a problem at all to walk down to the beach. We may try a closer unit next time nonetheless...

Great Location, Great Condo

We had a great stay. The condo was extremely comfortable with easy access to the beach. All appliances, including the washer and dryer all worked and were easy to use. The condo was above average clean. We would definitely stay here again.

Some units better than others

The property itself is great. The management company was extremely helpful. It’s right on the beach with great pool and lawn chairs available on the beach. Overall it’s gorgeous. The first unit we stayed in was not optimal. The pull out couch was horrible and not usable. The dryer was on the fritz. It just didn’t seem all that clean either-unit111. When I spoke with the management company, they were extremely helpful and moved us to a different unit. Would definitely come back and stay here again.

Good value

Condo is a good value for the area. Pros: the condo complex has a short walk to the beach (which had lots of sand area). Staff was super friendly and helpful. Plenty of lounge chairs at the beach and pool, free sun umbrellas for the beach were available to check-out at the main office. Quiet location, nice heated pool. Free common laundry area (our unit had its own laundry). Plenty of pool towels in the unit. Cons: furnishings in this unit are dated, mixed styles, and the unit felt dark even with the window shutters open.
