It is tastefully furnished with a spacious split bedroom plan. Flat screen TVs in the living room and both bedrooms, DVD players and wireless internet all for your enjoyment. The master bath, has a rain shower head and bench for seating. The spare bathroom, has a bath tub/shower combo. The kitchen includes a 36 inch induction range, and is fully stocked with all your cooking needs. Tropical landscaping and peaceful setting make it hard to ever leave. Beachplace, located on a prime stretch of perfect sandy beach of the Gulf, offers residents first-rate amenities. Heated pool and spa, stylish clubhouse, fitness center, and just steps to the beach and the pool. Close to the renowned shops and world-class dining at St. Armand's Circle and downtown Sarasota.
