It Was perfect, perfectly imperfect painting going on the whole time, wasn't that big of a deal guys we all nice and respectful. First two days of rough high tide which trashed the beach with seaweed but they came and cleaned it all up on the third day, unfortunately stopped right before Outrigger beach and started cleaning again after the next property. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed at the Outrigger Unit 6 from 11/6/21-11/13/21\. Due to the arrival time of our flight we had to do a late check in and picked up the keys at the RVA Late arrival box. Upon entering the unit it smelled musty and stale. There were dirty dishes in the dishwasher and dirty towels hanging on the back of the bathroom door. The floors were dirty and we felt like we needed to disinfect and Lysol the entire unit. The doors on the closets were rusty on the hinges and tracks and were difficult to open. We notified the RVA staff member named Corby and she agreed that it was gross and said she would send house keeping out. I explained to her that we had already ran the dishwasher and disinfected the unit. We received a call apologizing and that housekeeping would be sent out but we had taking care of cleaning the unit. The couch was completely broken down and filthy. We used our beach towels to sit on it. At no point during the week when we tried to stop in the on site office was anyone available. The exterior, pool and beach were nice. We did notice that there was a unit having new cabinets installed and hope that in the future Unit 6 is updated. We would be willing to stay at this property in the future if there were other cleaner, newly updated units available for us to choose from. It was nice to have laundry machines available on site however there were no coin machines available and it was difficult to find the necessary change needed. ##### Ernie C.
