Feed your outdoor appetite and enjoy the beautiful weather in this magnificently manicured tropical oasis. These spacious grounds are situated on 1.8 acres of land that also features a private, full-size, fenced tennis / Pickle Ball court. For the boater enthusiasts, enjoy docking your boat/yacht in your private, deep-water dock. This 4000 square foot home is perfect for entertaining and accommodating all your friends and family. This home offers four large bedrooms and three-and-a-half bathrooms. Located on the main floor are three bedrooms; one of which includes an en-suite bathroom. The over-sized Master suite, which is located on the top floor, features his and hers walk-in closets, en-suite bathroom with jetted tub, large walk-in shower with multiple spray heads, his and her sinks and vanities and private toilet with bidet. The Master bedroom also features an en-suite sitting/reading area with beautiful Bay and Inter-coastal panoramic views. The formal dinning room features an eight person dinning table with unobstructed Bay and Inter-coastal views. The fully stocked, large Chef kitchen, built for entertaining, comes with: a six burner Viking gas stove, flat top grill, two ovens and pot filling faucet. This eat in kitchen also features granite counter tops throughout, with two dishwashers, large Viking freezer/refrigerator ice maker with a second under the counter refrigerator, and a four seat marble top table. This kitchen also has a dual side wood-burning fireplace with a flat screen TV on top of the mantel. The spacious living room offers unobstructed Bay and Inter-coastal views. This room is beautifully decorated and it also features a wood-burning fireplace for those chilly nights with a wall mounted flat screen TV. The house and property were exactly as pictured. We made the short walk to the beach several times, played both tennis and pickleball ( all supplies were in the garage), and the teens enjoyed the pool. You definitely need a car to get around. The house was very clean and comfortable. What a great place! The only problem we had was the front lights wouldn’t turn on at night. We didn't confirm that things were available and operational until we actually wanted to use them. If something was missing or had a problem, we then had to wait for it to be addressed. The house was beautiful and a very short walk to the beach. The owners was so nice he checked several times to see if we were happy. Wish we could have stayed longer. The house has everything: beach, lake, pool and a wonderful kitchen. It also has pretty good restaurants near by and you can rent a boat, jet skis, etc in a place near by. The home was clean, spacious for a family with kids, and comfortable. The pool was a great size and the temperature of the water was perfect! Beach access was a short walk away. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely book this property again in the future. The home exceeded my expectations. The pictures of the property are 100% accurate. It was the perfect getaway for our family of 6\. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen had everything one would need and more. Carlos was a wonderful host, responding to all my questions.
