  • Magnifique maison de ville en bord de mer dans le prestigieux complexe Cedars East Resort.
    Mise à jour d'octobre 2024 :
    Nous sommes heureux de vous annoncer que, malgré les deux ouragans qui ont frappé la Floride, notre quartier n’a subi que des dégâts minimes et que presque tout a désormais été réparé. La piscine est pleinement opérationnelle, les courts de tennis sont en cours de resurfaçage après avoir été exposés à l’eau de mer, et la plage locale, bien qu’elle ait changé de forme, est également prête à vous accueillir. Nous avons hâte de vous accueillir !
    Description principale de l’hébergement :
    Logement privé en bout de cul-de-sac. Cet emplacement exceptionnel vous place à proximité immédiate des sentiers de Longboat Key qui vous mènent à un accès à la plage à quelques pas. Comprend une cuisine entièrement neuve et parfaitement équipée. Superbes sols carrelés dans toute la maison. Suite parentale avec double vasque et baignoire profonde. Great time!

Our family really enjoyed staying here! It's conveniently located near the beach. We enjoyed several days at the beach and also some of the nearby restaurants and shops. The property was clean and the amenities were perfect. We would definitely stay here again!

This was a great stay for us and our family! It was super clean, lots of room and had everything and more than we could want! We did need anything while we were there! The pool was great, the beach was in walking distance and the neighborhood was very quiet. Convenient to everything. Viktor was very responsive and helpful! Highly recommend this property and we would stay there again!

Overall our stay was very enjoyable. We had a couple unanswered questions that would have been helpful for us, but the place was clean and as listed. Be sure to check pantry and cabinets for anything you may need. We ran out of a few items that we feel should have been supplied, but all in all, the place worked perfectly for what we needed. There is also a small little corner store within walking distance that we were able to use frequently. And having a garage was such a nice bonus.

Tennis on LBK

The unit is great. Our favorite since we’ve been staying at Cedars the past 5 years. It is clean, renovated, well stocked. We would look to stay there again .

My husband and our two children stayed at this beautiful property. The owners have gone above and beyond in creating a beautiful space with wonderful amenities. They provide everything you need for your stay! We would love to stay here again.

The Cedars

We have been staying at the Cedars for over 25 years. Perfect location to get away from the heavy tourist areas. The pool, clay tennis courts and gym at the club house add greatly to the stay. Wouldn’t want to be anywhere else.

Longboat Condo

A very nice property in the middle of longboat key. Superb clubhouse, pool, and tennis courts. Owner is very responsive. Our second stay at this location.

Great Stay at Longboat

Great stay at a very well-furnished and clean property that offered lots of amenities. Host equipped it well – especially the kitchen, laundry and other niceties for beach and pool use. Very appealing was the included access to Cedars Tennis Resort and Club… specifically the pool, fitness facilities and bicycles. Would definitely rent this property again when vacationing in the Longboat Key area.

Loved Longboat Key

This was our first time to longboat key. This condo was perfect for our stay. A 5 min walk to beach or the pool. Longboat key is a great location to Anna Maria island, st Armand’s circle and Sarasota. We enjoyed eating at Drydock, Shore and walking to Harry’s. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location to the beach! The kids enjoyed all the amenities the tennis courts, gym, pool and fishing dock. The Condo is functionally furnished for anyone, big kids or young ones. We loved the space and the comfortable beds. Hopefully we will be back again soon. Host was quick to respond with any concerns or questions.

Wonderful townhome/condo in LBK! Very clean and appropriately furnished for all your vacation needs and more! We had access to tennis courts, swimming pool, bikes and a short walk to one of the most beautiful beaches in Florida. Very friendly community. Viktor was a responsive and an accommodating host. We will rent from him again if opportunity presents itself😊

Nice Property….Good Location

Very nice/clean property…located near the center of Longboat Key. 5 minute walk to the beach and 10 minute walk to the bayside. Teenagers enjoyed playing soccer tennis and using the gym located in the community. Free Bike rental available. Would recommend visiting

Perfect spot in LBK!

Our family loved staying here! It was extremely clean and well organized. It had everything our family of 6 needed including two cribs, which is next to impossible to find. Our kids loved having access to all the beach toys. Viktor truly thought of everything to make our experience stress-free. Couldn't recommend enough!!

Best vacation ever!

Such a wonderful place! We had one of the best family stays ever. Viktor’s place was absolutely perfect for us (a family with two teenagers). We felt as we were at home. Not only was it extraordinarily equipped, but it was also comfortable, spacious, bright, and in an incredibly beautiful area. The beach is dreamy and 5 min walk. If we could, we would give you 6 stars! Thank you so much for making our stay unforgettable! Love from Argentina!

This place exceeded all expectations, absolutely amazing and excellent location. We went as a family of 4 (kids ages 2 & 4)The garage was stocked with every single thing you need for the beach - chairs , kids toys, coolers, boogie boards, you name it, and a wagon to haul it all in. They had fishing stuff as well, nice grill and all things needed for bbq/cookout if that’s your jam. The townhouse itself was spectacular, they had helpful labels with tips/info throughout the home which I thought was a nice touch. Spacious rooms , comfortable beds , nice showers, stocked kitchen with everything you need for cooking. There is a beach right across the street with easy access, which we visited a few times (went week of Memorial Day and the main public beaches were packed, so this was perfect) . Coquina beach is less than 10 min drive and a massive public beach with free parking , showers , etc. All in all I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking to vacation in the longboat key area, it checked all the boxes and then some for us. We would definitely come back!
