We are located in the mountains and roads can be slick and poorly maintained. Other Things to Note: ● The rental agreement will be sent to you once the reservation is accepted. Your booking is only confirmed once it is signed. Kindly complete it within 24 hours to secure your reservation. If not signed within the deadline, your booking may be cancelled with no refund. ● This property can host a maximum of 8 guests, including children and infants, per the local governing regulations. Pet Fee: ● $50 per dog. All dogs must be vetted. We allow a maximum of 3 dogs per booking, and we have the right to decline dogs based on breed or age. The appropriate fees will be requested once final approval has been confirmed. Guests shall register with Emerald Lakes. Wander Home will process the registration for all renters. ● Registration and/or bookings finalized less than 48 hours of arrival will include a $200 community processing charge, in accordance with community policy. This charge will be collected separately through the booking platform. Optional community amenities passes are available for purchase at the community office for an additional charge. Children 2 years old and under are free. Fees are as follows: ● 1-day pass - $20 per person ● 3-day pass - $30 per person ● 7-day pass - $50 per person ● Please note, these fees are not set by us as hosts. If you need more supplies during your stay, you can visit one of the following nearby stores: ShopRite, Weis Market, ALDI. ● We do our best to ensure there is propane available for grills and/or fire pits, but cannot guarantee there will be propane for use throughout your stay. If all available tanks are empty, we ask that you refill a tank and provide a receipt for reimbursement. Note: be sure to refill/replace the existing tanks - do not purchase a brand new tank ● When drought, weather or other conditions present an unusual fire risk, a burn ban may be imposed by the community without prior notice. ● A fishing license is needed by PA for anyone 16 and older. The community also needs an Emerald Lake Fishing License, which can be acquired at the office. Any fish caught must be released back into the lake. The had thoughtful touches such as k-cups available and make-up specific washcloths. Super close to Kalahari, which was our primary reason for the stay. We brought our 2 dogs and the owners were easy to communicate with when I was having trouble connecting our Ring camera to watch them while we were gone. The master bedroom bed was a bit firm for my taste and the hot tub had a bit of a film, but overall really nice and would def stay here again! ##### Erin C. The overall experience was great, but what really set this property manager apart was how receptive and quick they were to address fixes that were in progress (hot tub) or the lack of ping pong balls.
