DETAILS: You will love this charming and cozy Keys Holiday Rentals home! There is a wonderful open concept floor plan with 2 nicely proportioned bedrooms and 2 baths. From the main living area you walk into the sunroom extending the living area, and offering views of the canal. Owners have completed significant updates to this home including a pool with Jacuzzi and new Outdoor Furnishing. The Living room has a leather couch with plenty of seating for the family. For the boaters in the family, the deep and wide canal with quick access to the Ocean will be a favorite. The Channel 5 Bridge is a short ride, and you can be in the Bay in no time. There's a gorgeous Walking Trail not far from the Property that leads to the Bay. You also have access to the Pickle Ball courts, and Basketball court, there is also a Kids Playground at the Church. There is access to a boat ramp in the neighborhood.
