The kitchen was well stocked & the property management company was very responsive to questions. The "fireplace" was missing fuel canisters & the PM staff bought & delivered them so we could enjoy the nice ambience. The walk to the beach was easy and close. Only complaint would be the yard doesn't have any privacy & the hot tub is only partially covered by the patio. On a nice weekend, that wouldn't be a problem, but we were there on a stormy weekend & only half of us could sit without being rained on.If we're visiting Long Beach, we would definitely book this house again! ##### Doug & Teralee W.
