"Filthy musty room with bugs everywhere. Couldn’t stay there had to find another motel it was so bad. Manager said I could get a refund and I would get the money back in a few days. When I did not get my money back, I contacted Expedia about it and the owner lied to Expedia and told them he never told me I could get a refund and I left and refused to look at another room he offered me. (I looked at 2. they were both nasty) They both told me no refund."
