  • Comfortable apartment on the first floor in a historic building in the center of Locorotondo, recently renovated, equipped with all the comforts of a modern home while preserving the traditional architecture and the ancient atmosphere of the place.
    We are in the center of the beautiful city of Locorotondo, one of the most beautiful villages in Italy, it is located within walking distance of restaurants, pizzerias and bars among the best in the city.
    You can leave your car in the parking lot 5 minutes walk from the house, and let yourself be transported into this dimension of relaxation and calm, to fully enjoy your short or long vacation that may be.

Amazing property. This has been one of my favorite places to stay in. Locorotondo is beautiful, and the place is right in the middle of everything. Loud enough when you get out, but very quiet when you go to sleep! Vincenzo was an amazing host, great communicator, good advice and always checking up on us. Beautiful place for a beautiful town. I’ll definitely miss it!

Great apartment, great location

The apartment was perfectly located in one of the nicest towns we experienced during our stay. It was clean and comfortable, and Vincenzo, the property manager was outstanding, both helpful and friendly.

I had a great stay in this apartment right in the heart of Locorotondo. It had all the amenities I needed, and easy access to several cafés and restaurants. I really enjoyed the balcony to sit and relax after a long day exploring, and the bed was super comfortable and made for a great night sleep. Vincenzo was a great host, very communicative and showed me everything I needed to know about the unit. I definitely recommend staying here!

Amazing, in the action, Christmas stay

Amazing stay. We were right in the action of old town Locorotondo. Easy check-in. Great location to the ample restaurants...all within walking distance thtough the picturesque alleys. The caretaker was very thoughtful and caring to make sure our stay was comfortable.

Incredible location in the heart of an enchanting hilltop village. Steps away from so many fun places to explore. Much potential here, but too many missteps. Cold water, no heat control, no reliable TV channels, no information offered… even asked the host where I could find a laundry and she said check with the tourist office (which after two days could not locate).

The balcony view was right in the midst of the old town and very charming.. there was a beautiful park with a stunning view across a valley across the street. Many restaurants. The apartment is beautiful.

You’ll make the tourists jealous!!!

Perfectly situated in centro storico, Vincenzo was the perfect host who helped us solve all of our problems. The lovely balcony made it a joy to come back to and it was often photographed by others. Worth every penny and more!!

Excellent séjour de 4 nuits que nous avons passé à Juliet’s balcony!! Vincenzo était très gentil et disponible. Il nous a donné de belles recommandations pour les plages, les endroits à visiter et les restos. Il est même venu nous reconduire à la porte de l’appartement. L’appartement est super bien situé en plein coeur du quartier historique entouré de cafés et restos. Pour les visites des alentours, c’était parfait, environ 30 minutes des autres villes touristiques à visiter et plages. L’appartement est super propre, bien équipé et grand. Nous recommandons cet appartement sans hésitation. 😊

Nous avons été ravis de notre choix d'hébergement et nous le recommandons sans hésitation. L'appartement est joli, propre, les espaces sont grands, le balcon est assurément un atout pour déguster tranquillement un bon vin en fin de journée dans l'ambiance du Centre historique de Locorotondo. L'hôte, Vincenzo, est très sympathique et aidant, il répond à nos demandes et fournit de bonnes suggestions pour rendre notre séjour agréable. La seule petite suggestion constructive que nous avons à formuler serait de modifier légèrement la description pour omettre la disponibilité du four (puisqu'il ne fonctionne plus) et enlever la mention du "parking" à 5 minutes étant donné qu'il est maintenant réservé exclusivement aux résidents du village. Ceci étant dit, vous pouvez toutefois trouver des stationnements sur rues dans les alentours. Vincenzo vous partagera d'ailleurs un plan des rues où trouver un stationnement. Merci pour tout, nous avons passé un agréable séjour!

Vraiment un bel appartement très bien situé. Il faut savoir que Locorotondo est un petit village. Mais qui est bien situé pour visiter les environs. On a pu trouver du stationnement assez facilement. Un grand merci à Vincenzo qui nous a aidé à l’arrivée en apportant même nos valises ! Nous recommandons !

We had a bit of trouble finding the parking recommended by our host. However, once we found that, it was all smooth sailing. Vincenzo walked to our parking spot, helped us with our luggage, and ushered us into Juliette's Balcony. The apartment was just lovely - clean, welcoming, and very well-equipped (the windows are just sooo cool and different from anything I'd seen in the states). The location was mere steps from a wonderful wine bar (Vini & Affini), pasticceria (Caffe della Villa), and many restaurants. We particularly enjoyed Il Rosone. The sandwich shop's owner calls to people walking by, inviting them in for GREAT panini, and an artist (whose proud husband beckons people into her studio) served us limoncello and biscotti after I purchased a hand-painted spoon rest. We loved Locorotondo, Vincenzo, and Il balcone di Giulietta!

Excellent sejour

Nous avons été très bien accueillis. Maison propre, grande et remarquable d originalité et de style dans un village pittoresque et romantique au milieu de la ville. Attention cependant au parking distant de 200 m ( jour de marché le vendredi ) qui nous a valu une mise en fourrière
