Loch Rannoch Vacation Packages

I had a very nice stay at the Open Arms Hotel. The staff were very welcoming and made me feel at home. The room was first class with a view over the village green and very comfortable. The lounge area with the open fire is lovely and relaxing being able to have a pre- dinner drink and review the menu. It was a very enjoyable stay and will definitely be returning again in the very near future.

The accommodation was ok could do with a revamp as u can see signs or wear and tear

On arrival our sheets had stains on them our bin wasn’t emptied had food and cigarettes, pots and pans were peeling and unusable. Staff was kind and helpful after telling them.

The owner does not respond to calls even through he has the number listed at the door. When I got there once I had not received information on how to get in I waited for over one hour, another guest helped me to get in and check in, even after asking someone with a local number to call the owner he still never answered. Very frustrating after a long flight, that is when I was told he never answers the phone. He was outstanding in terms of preparing breakfast. No room service, cleaning for all three days that instant there atleast adding some towels would have been appreciated and one day of room service. Very clean in over all.

Great property, nicely furnished and well situated not far from the royal mile.
