Location and view were ideal. Hotel has been tastefully updated and well maintained. Free breakfast had plenty of choices and was delicious. Staff were very helpful and accommodating. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again.

This pretty little hotel is just a 5 minute walk from the train station and is on a corner opposite the lake. We loved our room layout (Louis Armstrong room) and breakfast was great! They even have nice umbrellas for guests to use on rainy days like this one.

We were graded when we arrived and all the amenities were explained the hostess walked us to us our room and showed us all the features of the room. The room was clean pretty and the air conditioner worked great. Breakfast was marvelous, and staff was very responsive. Location was right by the train station, which was great as well as by the lake even better.

Excellent accommodation! This is a charming, sweet, exceedingly clean property with lovely sunlit rooms, fantastic lake and pre-alp views, and pleasant staff. The included breakfast was very good and the location wonderful. So happy to have stayed here!

Breath taking views in Locarno.

Super stay in Locarno right at the water. We sat on our small Juliet balcony and enjoyed the spectacular views daily. Walking distance to key activities. Wonderful breakfast and service.

I had the best view of the lake and super convenient to train station (5 min walk to funiculare and train station) and the rest of the waterfront. The marina amd waterfront are right across the street and you can catch a boat ride easily there. Staff was very friendly and breakfast was well done too. The location was perfect and very centrally located so close to everything. The restaurant and cafe closest to hotel were excellent!

Wonderful lake views, great breakfast. Clean well appointed rooms, very comfortable. Outstanding hotel at this price point. Walk across the street and hop on a ferry to explore Lago Maggiore. Right by old town Locarno for great food, shopping and sightseeing. We’ll be back.

Great boutique hotel

Boutique hotel across from Lake Maggiore with beautiful unobstructed view of the lake. Small room but comfortable, and view more than compensated for size. Great staff, welcoming and helpful. Very good buffet style breakfast! I travel and have stayed at a variety of hotels - would definitely stay here again and recommend to friends.
