### Double Bedroom in a spacious two-storey beach house

Take it easy in this fully furnished guest house with a live-in caretaker, A/C room with shared living, dining and kitchen areas, verandah and bathrooms. There is an outdoor garden with fish pond and gazebo with brick oven and BBQ grill.  
  
The beach is a few steps away with opportunity to rent a boat to visit nearby Verde Island.  
  
The rate published is for one Double Bedroom in the upper floor. Breakfast can be provided for additional charge.  
  
Environmental fee of Php20/pax is collected by the Tourism Authority.  
  
Monte Maria Shrine is along the way from Batangas City and Malabrigo Lighthouse is 15 mins away.  
  
The place is a double storey house with 4 bedrooms, 3 T&B, kitchen, living and dining area in each floor. The whole house can be rented up to a max of 30 guests. Other rooms available:
