"We had a TERRIBLE experience at this place. When we got there the room was not ready. It was supposed to be ready by 4:00 p.m. and we had to wait out in the heat until almost 4: 30pm. The communication was very poor as anytime that I tried to call or text her personal phone number (as Chanelle requested), ..."
