Perfect all round

Met by the owner , very pleasant, very nice entrance hall, Shown to our room, which was very impressive, plenty of coffee and tea ,plus freash milk every day.The bed was a super king size nice and comfy. The bathroom was very up to date with a shower with power and heat. Very quiet too. Perfect stay.

A First Choice B&B in Llandudno.

Nothing is too much trouble for Mike and Diane who run this wonderful B&B in Llandudno. I was greeted at the door by Mike who quickly settled me into my suite (Penrhyn). Everything you need for a stay was there including a smart TV with in-built DVD player. A selection of books and even a small selection of DVDs were left in the room for your use. An amazing selection of teas and coffees were provided. I was told that if I wanted to have a type that wasn’t there I was just to let them know. The bathroom contained a shower compartment. Complimentary toiletries were provided with Egyptian cotton towels for my use. Breakfast was excellent - again an amazing amount of choice. This was served by Diane who made sure that I had everything I wanted. Great to see cotton serviettes being provided instead of the “usual” paper ones. The property and the room are spotless. The owners obviously take great pride in ensuring this high standard is maintained. The hotel is a short walk to the Town Centre, the Promenade, the Railway Station and Bus Stops from where you can travel in each direction around North Wales. A great location. By the end of my stay I felt that I had been staying with friends who I had known for years. I would strongly recommend this hotel for any adults-only stay in the town and, if I ever go back to for a break in Llandudno, it will always be my first choice.

A little gem

Had a 2 night stay for my wife’s birthday. The owners Dianne and Mike are fabulous hosts. On our arrival we had tea whilst they gave us a brief overview of the accommodation and the location within Llandudno. We where shown to our room which was a suite with a four poster bed. Dianne had provided both flowers and a birthday card. The breakfast is amazing and nothing is to much trouble. Overall they made our stay fantastic.

Gem of Llandudno

The stay at Adcote House was outstanding from the friendly welcome, excellent knowledge of local area. Fantastic breakfast all from local suppliers even the toiletries from local suppliers. Location is excellent for discovering the joys of Llandudno.

The house was located perfectly to get to town centre, beach or great orme walks. The parking was easy. The breakfasts were amazing - great choice available. They had books and dvds to borrow for your room in the evenings. The staff were excellent hosts. The atmosphere was lovely. The rooms were a good size and wifi no problem.

Fantastic B&B

Started with a warm welcome upon arrival and offer of a hot or cold drink which was much needed. The twin bedroom was spacious, immaculately clean and lots of thoughtful touches - fridge, fresh milk for drinks, bottle of chilled water, comfy wicker seats, separate toilet and shower room, lotions, soap etc provided. TV with built in DVD player and a selection of films, more choices available in the sitting room downstairs, onsite parking, free wifi. Nothing was too much trouble. Ample choice at breakfast and fantastic personal service. A brilliant B& B, best I've ever stayed at. Great location, easily walkable to most places. I would definitely recommend and stay there again. I booked a two night stay as a birthday treat for my mum. We both had a great time. Thank you 😊

Adcote House was absolutely wonderful, probably the best place we’ve stayed in so far in our travels around the UK. Mike and Diane, our innkeepers, were outstandingly hospitable and just went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. Our only regret is that we did not arrange to stay longer.

5 Star B&B

Very comfortable stay at Adcote House. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again. The hosts, Mike and Diane , are a lovely couple who go that extra mile to ensure that all their guests have everything they need and are comfortable and warm.There is plenty of choice from the breakfast menu and all foods are locally sourced. Rooms are spacious and all are en suite. Convenient location for all town centre attractions and the theatre. Adcote House is an adult only establishment which I personally favoured. It is a very homely and comfortable B&B. In addition to the hosts all the guests were very friendly which is always welcoming when you're a solo traveller.

Fabulous stay

Diane and Mike made us very welcome right from the start of our visit. We stayed in the Conwy Suite which was tastefully decorated and spotlessly clean. Breakfast was lovely with plenty of choice. Would definitely recommend Adcote House and would return on our next visit to North Wales.

I would stay again

Very close to town centre, close to beach and Orme. Nice walks. Lovely hosts. Fab breakfast, Spotless, and very nice clean and comfy bed. Our particular room, was very top floor, so lots stairs, but perfectly fine if your ok with stairs. Lots of Character. We will return here, highly recommended.
