When you go in, there is a spacious bright lounge-dining room with sofa-bed, armchair, coffee table, TV, cupboards and dining table and 4 chairs. It has large windows and direct access to a large terrace. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge-freezer, oven, vitroceramic hob, dishwasher, coffee capsules machine, filter coffee maker, toaster, juicer, kettle and tableware. The apartment has 1 bedroom with a double bed and wardrobe, and 1 full bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. Bed linen and towels are provided. There is a large covered terrace with spectacular views of the coast, the town of Llançà and the mountains, an ideal place to relax and enjoy the good weather. It is equipped with outdoor furniture - table, chairs and sun loungers. Air-conditioning in the lounge, radiators, vacuum cleaner, washing machine. Equipment Outside: big covered terrace with outdoor furniture - table, chairs, 2 sun loungers - and spectacular views. 1 Bathroom: shower, sink, toilet and towels. 1 Bedroom: one bedroom with a double bed, bedside tables, reading lamps, wardrobe and bed linen. Double sofa-bed in the lounge. Kitchen equipped with fridge-freezer, oven, vitroceramic hob (2 zones), dishwasher, coffee capsule machine, filter coffee maker, toaster, juicer, kettle and tableware. Location Cap Ras is located in Llançà, along the northern part of the Costa Brava, in the Alt Empordà region. Over the years, it has become one of the most emblematic and undeveloped coastlines of the Costa Brava.
