The apartment was amazing - perfect location, excellent views, very clean and Jan had provided everything we could need, including a complimentary bottle of wine. Jan's communication was excellent and he always responded quickly to queries/requests. We also did some private tours with Riverside Tours (arranged by Jan) and these were also excellent.
