The door was hard to open and shut as it was scraping on the ground, and it did not always lock when shut. Some of the windows also didn't lock properly. The shower - although with hot water - the shower head was woeful, and there was no where to put your clothes or hand a towel. The staff, on the hand, were magnificent and friendly.
