Lovely apartments. They have us a 3 bedroom which was huge. Clean, nice furnishings and comfortable beds. Towels nice and thick. Shower gel and shampoo left for us. Good location, in the middle of the city. Would highly recommend.

Great location, clean, quiet and spacious. Smoothish check in process. Two weird green lights that stayed on all night in the bedrooms presumably part of fire regs but not conducive to a good sleep. Also no shower curtain in bath/shower which made morning shower tricky.

Very spacious and modern property. Rooms were very clean and the apartment had everything you need. There is an ironing board but no iron so would advise to take a travel iron. Shops and restaurants very near by. Perfect location right near James Street station.

Property was clean and as described. Only slight issue was I had to complete check in process twice and didn't get any confirmation it was successful. Was told would be emailed access details on morning off check-in but only got them about 40mims before check-in after I contacted them. Not a big deal, but made me nervous I hadn't checked in properly and wouldn't be able get access when arrived. Otherwise the place was clean, a few cosmetic flaws here and there and could have done with more tea towels. I would stay again and would recommend. Very close to centre of Liverpool and the shopping centre.

Excellent stay. Perfect location and so easy to contact EPIC with any queries. We were upgraded from a 2 bed apartment to a 4 bed apartment, perfect for our hen party. Apartment was spotless and very comfy beds. Couldn’t have asked for anything better! Will definitely be returning in the future 👍

Great apartment, everything was spotless. It was quiet even with the road outside. Plenty of space and the beds were comdy. Just a couple of things like the heating in the upstairs bedroom wouldn't turn on and the TV remote was out of battery, but I'm sure they'll be fixed, Other than that it was perfect.

Like - location. Walkable around Liverpool. Not like - 1. 1st time to Liverpool, navigating train and area. Having not hearing from the hotel on the day of check in on how to access the property is a anxiety triggering. Unstaffed apartment. Good that we arrived daytime. Some people exiting the property was able advise is on how to check in. I wonder about others who arrived after hours. Definitely they can improve on this area. 2. Would have been nice if it’s apparent on the website that there’s many albeit steep stairs going to the bedrooms! One member of our group has slight walking disability - hard for him to navigate the bedrooms. 3. They can also improve on cleanliness and aesthetic. Looks luxurious on the photos but the couches and walls are actually run down. 4. It’s an apartment with kitchens and many bathrooms. Maybe add provisions for washing dishes and shampoo/conditioner? 5. Staff from the hotel doesn’t really make you feel welcome and have detailed instructions. Seems you’re on your own. Summarily - if you know the area, this is a good place. Ideal for group of young blood who wants to have fun where they’re agile and comfortable bed doesn’t matter to them. But if you want to have a positive experience of the place and wants to have a a really nice stay, find a better place with the same price. Our same group was just in London and stayed in Chelsea/Kensington area, paid the same, different experience.
